GPS-Verified Clock-In/Out

Tap to clock in. The system captures GPS coordinates, verifies the guard is within the site's geofence boundary, and requires a selfie. Every shift start and end is location-stamped, time-stamped, and fraud-proof. No buddy punching. No phantom timesheets.

Daily Activity Reports

Auto-created at clock-in, auto-closed at clock-out. Guards log timestamped activities with GPS coordinates from the field. Incidents, patrol data, and form submissions all link to the DAR, creating an immutable, auditable record of every shift.

Incident Reporting & Evidence

Report incidents on the spot with structured forms that capture incident type, severity classification, location data, and photo/video evidence. Reports automatically link to the active DAR, giving supervisors complete shift context when reviewing.

Guard Tour & Patrol

Execute patrol routes with NFC/QR checkpoint scanning. The system records scan time, GPS location, and sequence compliance. Missed checkpoints trigger automatic supervisor alerts and feed into SLA compliance metrics for client reporting.

Dispatch Messaging

Receive and respond to dispatch messages in real time. Priority-based acknowledgment deadlines: 5 minutes for critical, 15 for high, 30 for medium, 60 for low. Missed deadlines trigger automated SLA escalation to supervisors.

Push Notifications

Shift reminders 2 hours before start. Dispatch assignments. Incident escalations. Compliance deadlines. Geofence violation alerts. All delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging for instant delivery.

Training & Quizzes

Complete required training modules and quizzes directly on mobile. Training gating rules enforce completion before operational deployment. Guards cannot be scheduled until training is done.

Complete and submit operational forms built in Form Builder. View and acknowledge company policies with tracked sign-offs. Upload supporting documents and evidence from the field.

Offline Field Operations (In Development)

Construction sites, underground parking, rural perimeters: field work should not stop when signal drops. The offline workflow foundations below are built and being prepared for controlled field validation. They are not yet generally available, and emergency dispatch actions are intentionally blocked offline for life-safety reasons.

Connectivity Detection

Network monitoring with visual indicators showing online and offline status, so field staff always know which mode the application is operating in.

Offline Data Capture (In Development)

The offline-capable workflow set covers time-clock entries, employee incident reports, operational form submissions, and evidence media. Daily Activity Reports and patrol scanning are not offline-supported.

Sync on Reconnect

Queued data is designed to sync when the device regains signal, with sync operations tracked in audit logs. Background synchronization is not yet active as a complete production capability.

Admin Sync Monitoring

Admin and platform-level dashboards for monitoring offline sync status across the workforce. See which devices have pending sync and for how long.

Fraud Detection

Platform-level offline fraud detection settings prevent manipulation of timestamps and location data during offline periods. Anomalies flagged for review.
